RESOLUTION NO. 82-34
A RESOLUTION DECLARING. 'lIHAT THIS COUNCIL SHALL
BE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF GILROY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 82-4, An Ordinance Declaring
Need for the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Gilroy and
that such Authority shall Function, adopted by this Council on
February l, 1982, and the California Industrial Development Financing
Act, Title 10 (commencing with Section 91500), Government Code (the
"Act"), the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Gilroy (the
"Authority") has been declared organized and functioning and authorized
to transact business and exercise all of the powers and other authority
conferred upon industrial development authorities by such Act;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
1. Board of Directors. This Council is declared to be,
ex-officio, the board of directors of the Authority.
2. Previous Organization. This resolution shall supersede any
resolution previously adopted providing for directors of the Authority.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
15th day
