RESOLUTION NO.
82-36
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING OFFICIAL FILINGS
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GILROY
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Industrial
Development Authority of the City of Gilroy, California, that
WHEREAS, this Board is required by regulations of the California
Industrial Development Financing Commission and by other provisions of
law to make and keep current certain filings;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. The Secretary shall make the filing and shall keep current
the information on file as required by said Commission.
2. The Secretary shall make the filing and shall keep current
the information on file as required by the Secretary of State and by
the County Clerk of Santa Clara County pursuant to Section 53051,
Government Code, in connection with the maintenance by the Secretary of
State and by said County Clerk of a "Roster of Public Agencies."
3. The Secretary shall make the filings required by the State
Treasurer pursuant to Section 91557, Government Code.
