RESOLUTION NO. 82- 43
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
LAS ANIMAS TECHNOLOGY PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of
Intention No. 82-13 adopted by the City Council of said City on
February 1, 1982, as amended, was $5,756,300.00; and
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said estimate
may be reduced to $
4,963,000.00 .

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assessment
is hereby reduced to $ 4.963.000.00 , and that each of the individual
assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of the difference
between the original assessment and the new assessment.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of April,
1982, by the following vote of the members thereof:
