Resolution 1982- 47 . . RESOLUTION NO. 82-47 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AP- PROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR A 14 LOT INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION ON 20 ACRES ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE SOUTH VALLEY FREEWAY, IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF LUCHESSA AVENUE AT OBATA WAY AND MAYOCK ROAD. WHEREAS, application TM 81-7 has been made by INDUSTRIAL TWENTY VENTURES to the Planning Commission for approval of a tentative map for a 14 Lot Industrial Subdivision on 20 Acres on the East Side of the South Valley Freeway, Immediately South of Luchessa Avenue at Obata Way and Mayock Road, and WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission has approved an Environmental Impact Report under the California Environmental Quality Act and has passed Resolution No. 82-22 in which it recommends approval of the tentative map subject to sixteen conditions, and WHEREAS, the Council has held a public hearing on the application has certified the Environmental Impact Report and has considered the Planning Commission recommendation and the evidence presented; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the tentative map is approved subject to the sixteen conditions set forth by the Planning Commission in its Resolution No. 82-22.
