RESOLUTION NO. 82 - 64
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
PROCLAIMING BUSINESS IN GILROY DAY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Gilroy, the Gil-
roy Chamber of Commerce and citizens representing the community at
large are setting May 7, 1982 as Business in Gilroy Day; and
WHEREAS, these groups will host two hundred guests to Gi1-
roy; and
WHEREAS, those guests will be invited to appraise Gilroy's
industrial lands.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Gilroy City Council,
in keeping with their resolution supporting industrial and commer-
cial growth, the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce and representative Gi1-
roy citizens stand ready to welcome industry that will complement
our community and add to the richness of like in Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1982, by the
following vote:
