RESOLUTION NO. 82- 66
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION OF ACQUISITIONS
AND IMPROVEMENTS AS REQUESTED BY PROPERTY OWNERS
LAS ANIMAS TECHNOLOGY PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
as follows:
1. That the following acquisitions and improvements be added to
the acquisitions and improvements to be made and had in those certain
proceedings conducted by the City Council of the City of Gilroy pursuant
to its Resolution of Intention No. 82-13, adopted February 1, 1982, as
amended:

The construction of a storm water retention basin,
inclUding excavation, berms and inlets and outlet piping
together with all appurtenances thereto on Assessor's
Parcel No. 841-018-024.
due to the receipt of a written request therefor executed by all of the
owners of the property affected thereby, all of said owners having
consented thereto in writing.
2. That the total amount of the assessment remain unchanged,
and that said change shall be made by the Engineer either on the face
of the Engineer's Report filed in said proceedinys, or by filing an
amendment thereto.

regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of
