RESOLUTION NO. 82-66A
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
LAS ANIMAS TECHNOLOGY PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of
Intention No. 82-13 adopted by the City Council of said City on
February 1, 1982, as amended, was $4,963,000.00: and
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said estimate
may be reduced to $4,600,000.00:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assessment
is hereby reduced to $4,600,000.00, and that each of the individual
assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of the difference
between the original assessment and the new assessment.
The Engineer of Work is hereby directed to make said changes on
the Engineer's Report of record in the office of the Superintendent of
Streets, either on the face of said Report or by filing an amendment
thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of May,
1982, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: ALBERT, GAGE, HUGHAN,
LINK, TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH.
