RESOLUTION NO. 82-_~_
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF PURCHASE CONTRACT
LAS ANIMAS TECHNOLOGY PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that that certain agreement by and between the City of Gilroy, a
municipal corporation of the State of California, and Merrill Lynch
White Weld Capital Markets Group, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner &
Smith, Incorporated, acting on behalf of themselves and on behalf of
other managers and underwriters, relating to the purchase of City of
Gilroy Improvement Bonds, Las Animas TeChnology Park Assessment
District, Series 82-1, therein more particularly described, a copy of
which has heretofore been presented to this Council be, and it is
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of said City is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of said
City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was dUly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd
day of
May 1982, by the following vote of the members thereof:
