RESOLUTION NO. 82- 71
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
RONAN AVENUE - LIMAN AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution No.
8l-93 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted by the City
Council of said City on October 5, 1981, as amended, was $903,700.00,
of which the City was to contribute $208,700.00, leaving a balance to
assessment of $695,000.00; and
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $660,700.00, of which the City will
contribute $208,700.00, leaving a balance to assessment of $452,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assessment
is hereby reduced to $452,000.00 and that each of the individual
assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of the difference
between the original assessment and the new assessment.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
. California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of May
1982, by the following vote of the members thereof:
