RESOLUTION NO. 82- 73
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
RONAN AVENUE - LIMAN AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that the City Clerk of this City be, and she is hereby, appointed as
the person to whom payment of assessments shall be made under
Resolution No. 8l-93 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention
adopted by this Council on October 5, 1981, as amended, and that her
office in the City Hall, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, is
hereby designated as the place at which the said payments will be made,
and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby relieved of all
responsibility in connection with collecting said assessments.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of May,
1982, by the following vote of the members thereof:

TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH.
