RESOLUTION NO. 82-75
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL
PLAN FOR THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, after study and public hearing, the Planning
Commission has recommended amendments to the General Plan
for the City of Gilroy and of the General Plan Map, and
WHEREAS, the Council, after study and public hearing,
has referred proposed revisions to the Plan, Map, and amend-
ments to the Planning Commission for its review under Government
Code Section 65356, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reported its
concurrence in the revisions in the amendments incorporated in
the General Plan attached as Exhibit "A",
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of
the City of Gilroy approves the Amended General Plan and Map
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and as amended, hereby adopts
said Plan and Map ,as the General Plan of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1982,
by the following vote:
