RESOLUTION NO. 82-78
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABANDON A PORTION
OF A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT IN TRACT #6663.
WHEREAS. the 10 foot sanitary sewer easement within
lots 54. 55, 56 and 57 of Tract #6663 on Church Street, south
of Hennessey Way in the City of Gilroy. is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use due to relocation and should
be vacated.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of
the City of Gilroy that it does hereby declare its intention to
vacate the described sanitary sewer easement within lots 54, 55.
56 and 57 of Tract #6663 as shown on the map on file with the
City Clerk under the procedure set forth in Streets and Highways
Code Sections 8320 to 8325,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be
published and posted as required in the General Vacation Procedure,
Chapter 3, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code
under which this proceeding is instituted, and the 21st day of June
1982, at 8:00 o'clock p.mm.. in the Council Chambers. City Hall.
7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, is hereby designated as
the time and place at which said City Council shall hear any and
all persons interested in or who may object to the proposed vacation.
Publication of said notice shall be made in the Gilroy
Dispatch, a newspaper published in the City of Gilroy.
