RESOLUTION NO. 82-83
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
RESCINDING OUTDATED PLANNING POLICIES
WHEREAS the Director of Plamning has recommended
tescission of the following policies as having been superseded
by the General Plan, and good cause appearing therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of
the City of Gilroy rescinds the following outdated planning
policies:
