RESOLUTION NO. 82-85
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR A 16 LOT INDUSTRIAL
SUBDIVISION ON 20.254 ACRES ON THE EAST SIDE OF
CHESTNUT STREET SOUTH OF BANES LANE
WHEREAS, application .TM 82-2 has been made by
RAISCH COMPANY to the Planning Commission for approval of
a tentative map for a 16 lot industrial subdivision on
20.254 acres on the east side of Chestnut Street south of
Banes Lane.
WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission
has approved an Environmental Impact Report under the
California Environmental Quality Act and has passed Resolution
No. 82-31 in which it recommends approval of the tentative map
subject to thirteen conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Council has held a public hearing on the
application and has considered the Planning Commission recommen-
dation and the evidence presented;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Gilroy that:
1. The Environmental Impact Report is certified as
having met all the requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act.
2. The tentative map is approved subject to the thirteen
conditions set forth by the Planning Commission in its Resolution
No. 82-31, with no required reimbursement for signalization.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 1982, by the
following vote:
