RESOLUTION NO. 82-88
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR 10 COMMERCIAL
CONDOMINIUM LOTS ON 1.05 ACRES ON THE WEST SIDE
OF MONTEREY ROAD SOUTH OF RONAN AVENUE
WHEREAS, application TM 82-4 has been made by
.
TOM RUIZ to the Planning Commission for approval of a
tentative map for lO commercial condominium lots on 1.05 acres
on the west side of Monterey Road south of Ronan Avenue.
WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning
Commission has approved a Categorical Exemption under the
California Environmental Quality Act and has passed Resolution
No. 82-34 in which it recommends approval of the tentative map
subject to one condition, and
WHEREAS, the Council has held a public hearing on
the application and has considered the Planning Commission
recommendation and the evidence presented;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Gilroy that:
1. The Categorical Exemption is approved in that the
proposal utilizes existing facilities.
2. The tentative map is approved subject to the
one condition set forth by the Planning Commission in its
Resolution No. 82-34.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1982,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: ALBERT, GAGE. HUGHAN, LINK,
TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
