RESOLUTION NO. 82- 90
A RESOLUTION ORDERING DELETION OF CERTAIN WORK
RONAN AVENUE - LIMAN AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that, at the request of the owners of all of the property to be affected
thereby, the following described improvements be, and they are hereby
deleted from the improvements to be made and had pursuant to Resolution
No. 81-93 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted by this
Council on October 5, 1981, as amended:
The half street and utility improvements fronting on that
certain property located at the northwest corner of Ronan
Avenue and Church street more particularly described in
said proceedings as Assessment and Diagram No.4 (APN
790-16-040) including, but not limited to, clearing,
grubbing, excavation, grading, removal of existing
trees, shrubs and structures and the construction of
base, pavement, curbs, gutters, driveways, surface and
subsurface storm drainage facilities, street lighting
facilities and the reconstruction and/or relocation of
utilities.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of June,
1982, by the fOllowing vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: ALBRRT, GAGE, HUGHAN,
LINK, TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH.
