A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-91
ENTITLED, wA RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION
OF CERTAIN ASSESSMENTSw
RONAN AVENUE - LIMAN AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, that
Resolution No. 82-9l entitled wA Resolution Ordering Reduction of
Certain Assessments", adopted by this Council on June 2l, 1982, be, and
the same is hereby, amended by amending section 3 thereof to read as
follows:
W3. That the amount allocated for reserve fund in the
Engineer's Estimate in the Engineer's Report be reduced from
$39,06l.73 to $l9,236.63, that the amount allocated therein for
bond discount be reduced from $35,l55.55 to $17,312.97, that the
total contribution remain in the amount of $208,700.00, that the
total project cost be reduced from $599,317.28 to $500,7l7.6l,
and that the balance to assessment be reduced from $390,6l7.28
to $292,Ol7.61."

California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of July,
