RESOLUTION NO. 82-98
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR TESTING WATER METERS AND FOR
RECONNECTION OF WATER SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY,
CALIFORNIA, that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code
section 27.17, the City Council does hereby establish the follow-
ing fees for testing water meters:
One inch and smaller,
Larger than one inch,
$15.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of
Gilroy City Code sections 27.37 and 27.38, the City Council does
hereby establish the following fees for reconnection of water
service, and orders that all delinquencies and fees be paid in cash,
certified check or equivalent prior to reconnection of service:
