A RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION
OF GILROY VENTURE INVESTORS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that
WHEREAS, an application for financing, dated June 7, 1982 (the
"Application"), has been received on behalf of Gilroy Venture
Investors, and is on file in the office of the City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
l. The Application, is in accord with the priorities and
criteria established by Resolution of Establishment of policies
Relating to Applications and Fees previously adopted by this Council.
2. The Application is accepted for further processing.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of July,
1982, by the following vote of the members thereof:
