RESOLUTION NO. 82-101
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
DESIGNATING THE CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR AS
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT COORDINATOR.
Upon recommendation of the City Administrator, and good
cause appearing therefor:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that
the Chief Building Inspector is hereby appointed the Residential
Development Permit Coordinator for the City of Gilroy to fulfill
the requirements of Government Code Section 65913.3.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1982, by the
following vote:
