RESOLUTION NO. 82-105
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF. CONVEYANCE OF OWNERSHIP
OF GAS AND ELECTRIC FACILITIES IN THE LAS ANIMAS
TECHNOLOGY PARK DEVELOPMENT TO PACIFIC GAS AND
ELECTRIC COMPANY AND RELATED AGREEMENTS
Upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works,
and good cause appearing therefor,
WHEREAS, utility facilities paid for by assessment
district funds are owned by the City and should be owned by
the public utility providing services,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute a deed conveying ownership of gas and electric
facilities in the Las Animas Technology Park Development to
Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and to execute related
agreements pertaining to their installation, maintenance and
operation.
