RESOLUTION NO. 82-107
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONVEYANCE OF AN
EASEMENT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF TgE LEWIS STREET
BRIDGE AT FOREST STREET TO THE SANTA CLARA VALLEY
WATER DISTRICT
Upon recommendation of the City Administrator
and good cause appearing therefor,
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara Valley Water District has
agreed to repair serious erosion and soil slippage at the
Lewis Street bridge upon conveyance of an easement,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute a deed conveying an easement on the south side
of the Lewis Street bridge at Forest Street to the Santa
Clara Valley Water District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1982,
by the following vote:
