RESOLUTION NO. 82-110
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING IN REM VALIDATING PROCEEDINGS
GILROY VENTURE INVESTORS
FOOD DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that
WHEREAS, this Council has conducted economic development revenue
bond proceedings fo~ the project identified in the title pursuant to
this Council's Resolution No. 82-100, A Resolution of Determination and
of Intention to Undertake Project for Gilroy Venture Investors and to
Issue Bonds Therefor, adopted July 19, 1982, all as provided in the
Gilroy City Code1 and
WHEREAS, Section 8A.IS of the Gilroy City Code provides that an
action to determine the validity of the proceedings and bonds may be
brought pursuant to Cllapter 9 (commencing with Section 860), Title 10,
Part 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Wilson Morton Assaf &
McElligott, bond counsel for the City are hereby authorized and
directed to initiate and prosecute to conclusion an action or actions
pursuant thereto to determine the validity of said proceedings and bond
proposed to be issued, and to take such action as may be necessary
therein.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of
September, 1982, by the following vote of the members thereof:
