RESOLUTION NO. 82-121
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ESTABLISHING ONE ADDITIONAL BUILDOUT
SCHEDULE FOR 1983 UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, Citation Builders has requested reconsideration
of one additional buildout schedule for 1983 under the Residential
Development Ordinance in order to facilitate solution of Morey
Avenue drainage problems, and
WHEREAS, after further study the Council concurs with
said recommendations, and good cause appearing therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy approves the fOllowing additional buildout
assignment:
