RESOLUTION NO. 83 - 22
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY PROVIDING AP-
PROPRIATE FEES TO ACCOM}IDDATE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE (RV) SE\{ER DUMP
SERVICE.
WHEREAS, businesses within the City of Gilroy desire to pro-
vide a sewer dump service for Recreational Vehicles (R.V.) and
WHEREAS an appropriate fee should be established using exist-
ing accounts receivable procedures to collect said fees.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a fee of $10.00 per month
be established payable by each business providing R.V. sewer dump
service. Existing accounts receivable collection procedures shall
be used to collect said fees.
