RESOLUTION NO. 83-27
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR A
10 UN'IT INDUSTRIAL CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION
ON O. 91 ACRES ON BREM LANE EAST OF THE
SOUTH VALLEY FREEWAY
WHEREAS, application TM 83-1 has been made by
AL WOODWORTH to the Planning Commission for approval of a
Tentative Map for a 10 unit industrial condominium subdivision
on 0.91 acres on Brem Lane east of the South Valley Freeway,
and
. WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission
has approved a Categorical Exemption under the California
Environmental Quality Act and has passed Resolution No. 83-12
in which it recommends approval of the tentative map subject
to three conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Council has held a public hearing on the
application and has considered the Planning Commission recommenda-
tion and the evidence presentedi
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Gilroy that:
1. The Categorical Exemption (Class 1) is approved
in that the development applies to existing facilities.
2. The Tentative Map is approved subject to the
three conditions set forth by the Planning Commission in
its Resolution No. 83-4.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1983, by
the following vote:
