RESOLUTION NO. 83-30
RESOLUTION OF, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ADJUSTING GENERAL PLAN PROCESSING AND RELATED FEES
AND CHARGES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gilroy
does hereby declare that the following are the processing
fees and charges to be assessed by the Department of Planning
for General Plan amendments commencing January 1, 1983, until
further order of the Council pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Gilroy:
General Plan Amendment
$500.00 plus $25.00 per
acre for the first 100 acres
plus $15.00 for each additional
acre.
Zone Change, PUD Applica-
tion
$300.00 plus $25.00 per acre for
the first 100 acres plus $15.00
for each additional acre
Urban Service Area
$300.00 plus $5.00 per acre plus
an equal LAFCO deppsit to be
refunded only if not forwarded
to LAFCO
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1983, by the
following vote:
