RESOLUTION NO. 83 - 32
A RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION
OF SILACCI ENTERPRISES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, Calif-
ornia, that
WHEREAS, an application for financing, dated March 14, 1983
(the "Application"), has been received on behalf of Silacci Enter-
prises, and is on file in the office of the City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
1. The Application is in accord with the priorities and
criteria established by Resolution of Establishment of Policies Re-
lating to Applications and Fees previously adopted by this Council.
2. The Application is accepted for further processing.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of April,
1983, by the following vote of the members thereof:
