RESOLUTION NO. 83-42
A RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION
OF LLOYD BRENT DICKSON AND JENIEL P. DICKSON
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that
WHEREAS, a letter dated April 28, 1983, and other materials has
been received on behalf of Lloyd Brent Dickson and Jeniel P. Dickson,
and has subsequently been supplemented (said letter, materials and
supplementation being hereafter referred to as the "Application");
WHEREAS, the Application requests the aid of the City in
obtaining industrial development financing for certain identifiable
facilities to be located in the City; and
WHEREAS, the City as a chartered city has enacted the Economic
Development Financing Law of the City (the "City Law") ;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
l. The Application is sufficient under the City Law.
2. The Application is accepted for further processing under the
City Law
