RESOLUTION NO. 83-48
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR A
SUBDIVISION OF 28 RESIDENTIAL TOWNHOUSE LOTS
AND 1 COMMON GREEN LOT ON 1.76 ACRES ON
GAUNT AVENUE EAST OF MOREY AVENUE AND NORTH
OF FIRST STREET.
WHEREAS, application TM 83-2 has been made by
BOB LYNCH to the Planning Commission for approval of a
tentative map for a subdivision of 28 residential townhouse
lots and 1 common green lot on 1.76 acres on Gaunt Avenue East
of Morey Avenue and North of First Street.
WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission
has passed Resolution No. 83-22 in which it recommends approval
of the tentative map subject to ten conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Council has approved a Categorical
Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act
and has held a public hearing on the application and has
considered the Planning Commission recommendation and the
evidence presented;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Gilroy that:
The tentativ~ map is, approved subject to_the ten
conditions set forth by the Planning Commission in its
Resolution No. 83-22.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1983, by
the following vote:
AYES: CQUNCILMEMBERS: ALBERT, GAGE, HUGHAN' LINK,
TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS NONE
