RESOLUTION NO.
83-65
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING SURVEY AREA IN
THE CITY PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY
CODE SECTION 33310 ET SEQ
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to designate the area
described in Exhibit "A", hereto as a survey area pursuant to Health.
and Safety Code Section 33310 et seq;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED, and ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the area set forth in Exhibit "A" requires study to
determine if a redevelopment project or projects within said area are
feasible;
2. The aforementioned Exhibit "A" describing the boundaries of
the survey area designated is hereby incorporated herein and by this
reference made a part hereof; and
3. The Clerk is hereby directed to transmit an executed copy of
this resolution to the Planning Commission and the City's Community
Development Agency.
