RESOLUTION NO. 6.3-69
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING A BUILDOUT SCHEDULE FOR 1984, 1985
AND 1986 UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning
Commission and staff has recommended a buildout schedule for
1984, 1985, and 1986 under the Residential Development Ordinance.
AND WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the
Council concurs with said recommendations, and good cause
appearing therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of
