RESOLUTION NO. 83 - 81
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA ENDORSING
HCD PROJECT PROPOSALS OF SOUTH COUNTY
HOUSING CORPORATION
WHEREAS, any and all project proposals for eligible HCD
activities totally within a City and its sphere of influence must
be submitted to the City and be considered part of the City's
project proposal development process; and
WHEREAS, South County Housing, a California Corporation
have submitted project proposals that will take place in the City's
sphere of influence; and
~1EREAS, the City Council of the City of Gilroy has con-
sidered the above mentioned projects of the above mentioned organi-
zation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Gilroy endorses the projects of South County Housing,
a California Corporation, to be considered for inclusion in the
Urban County RCD application for the years 198Lf-1985.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 1983, by the
following vote:
