RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 8

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING ~~TES FOR SANITARY SE~~R SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY,
CALIFORNIA, that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code
Section 19.79, the City Council does hereby establish the follow-
ing rates for Sanitary Sewer Service to become effective for the
January 1984 billing.
1. Residential Users will pay flat rates as follows:
Single Family Residences
Nulti-Family Res. Units
Mobile Home Park Units
Labor Camp Units
$7.SS/mo.
5.55/mo.
5.55/mo.
5.55/mo.
2. Commercial and Institutional users will pay rates based
on water consumption as follows:
Assembly Halls and Churches
Auto Dealers, Repair, Body Shops
and Service Stations
Car Washes
Bakeries
Department & Retail Stores
Food Processors
Groceries
Hotels with Restaurants
Hotels & Motels (No food)
Hospitals & Convalescent Homes
Commercial Laundries
Laundromats & Laundry Rooms
Mortuaries
Paper Container Manufactures &
Professional Offices
Restaurants
RV Dump
Schools (See text for water
consumption)
Miscellaneous Users

3. Users outside of the city limits shall pay three times
the rates of similar city service as listed above, except
for the Luchessa Avenue Mirgant Camp.
