RESOLUTION NO. 84-19
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR CRIME
PREVENTION VIDEO TAPING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, that upon application by the Police
Chief, the City Council does hereby establish a fee of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) plus the cost of video tape used by the
Police Department to video tape the contents of a residentts
home as a crime prevention measure.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1984.
