RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 32
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING AN
AGREE}lliNT NO. 4-0929-C FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC CONTROL
SIGNAL SYSTEM AND SAFETY LIGHTING AT THE INTERSECTION OF LEAVESLEY ROAD
(ROUTE 152) AND }'IDRRAY AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION.
~mEREAS, a proposed agreement with the State of California
Department of Transportation for the installation of traffic control
signal system and safety lighting at the intersection of Leavesley
~oad (Route 152) and Murray Avenue has been submitted to the City
Council for consideration; and
wHEREAS, the City Council has read said agreement and is
familiar with the contents thereof.
t~Ov..~, T~lEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Gilroy, that the same be and is hereby approved and the Hayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City.
