RESOLUTION NO. 84-33
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE VARIOUS TYPES OF EQUIPMENT
AND SUPPLIES.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Gilroy does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement,
Department of General Services of the State of California
to purchase various types of supplies and equipment for and
on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that Cecil A. Reinsch, Treasurer, or
Gloria Mullings, Purchasing Agent, are hereby authorized and
directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the
City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1984, by
the following vote:
