RESOLUTION NO. 84-37
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI~Y OF GILROY
AFFIRMING ON APPEAL RESOLUTION NO~ 82-57 OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION GRAl~TING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW
EXCESS HEIGHT FOR AN EVAPORATION TOWER AT
7050 MONTEREY STREET.
WHEREAS, E~~EST S. FILICE has filed an appeal in due
form from Resolution No. 84-23 of the Planning Commission
of the City of Gilroy granting a variance to allow excess
height for an evaporation tower at 7050 Monterey Street,
and notice of the hearing of said appeal has been given in
the manner required by law and the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, the said hearing on the appeal has been held on
May 21, 1984, at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall at 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, and evidence
was submitted upon the said application and appeal from the
findings of the Planning Commission, the City Council finds:
(1) The findings of the Planning Commission are hereby
approved; and
(2) The Planning Commission did not err in granting the
variance.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 84-23 of the
Planning Commission is hereby affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1984, by the
following vote:
