RESOLUTION NO. 84-50
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ADJUSTING SANITARY SEWER "OFF-SITE"
CONNECTION CHARGES
WHEREAS, a report of the City Administrator
demonstrates that current sanitary sewer connection charges
are inadequate to fund capital outlay for the development
of residential ,commercial, indus-trial amd insti tution8l
property and should be increased as set forth below:
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE after noticed public hearing that the rates set forth
in Resolution No. 80-58 and subsequent development fee
resolutions shall be amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2: OVERSIZE AND EXTENSION OF UTILITIES:
