RESOLUTION NO. 84-51
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ESTABLISHING AN ARTERIAL STOP AT
THE NORTH AND SOUTH ENTRANCES OF KERN
AVENUE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH WELBURN
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF GILROY
Upon recommendation by the Acting City Engineer
of the City of Gilroy, and good cause appearing therefor.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY that Kern Avenue shall be an arterial stop street
at its intersection with Welburn Avenue. and the Director
of Public Works is hereby directed to install two arterial
stop signs stopping northbound and southbound traffic on
Kern Avenue at said intersection and to remove existing stop
signs on Welburn Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June. 1984,
