RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 5-4
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING AGREE}lliNT
NUHBER 1 TO AGREEHENT NO. 5034-C FOR NAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS IN
THE CITY OF GILROY.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Business and
Transportation Agency, Department of Transportation, has presented
Amendment No. 1 to the "Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highways
in the City of Gilroy", dated July 2, 1984.
v~IEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment No.1
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Gilroy that said Amendment No. 1 is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of the said
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1984 by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCIL HEJI'1BERS: ALBERT, KLOECKER, HUSSALLEH, PATE,
VALDEZ and HUGHAN.
NOES: COUNCIL HEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL HEl-'1BERS: GAGE
