RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 15
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A FIVE FOOT STORH DRAINAGE EASEHENT
LOCATED \^JITRIN LOT 7 OF TRACT NO. 7308.
WHEREAS, a Storm Drainage Easement located within Lot
7, of Tract No. 7308 is unnecessary for present or prospective public
purposes and should be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Gilroy that it does hereby declare its intention to vacate a five
foot storm drainage easement located within lot 7 of Tract No. 7308,
as is precisely sho\Vll on a map on file in the Department of Public
Horks .
BE IT FURTHER RESOL'ilED that this Resolution shall be
published and said service easement posted as required in the Public
Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation Law under which
this proceeding is instituted, and on the 15th day of April, 1985
at 8:00 o'clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be
who may object to the proposed vacation.
One publication of said notice shall be made in the
Gilroy Dispatch, a newspaper published in the City of Gilroy, at a
date at least ten (10) days prior to the time of hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of ~arch, 1985, by
