RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 20
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AFFIRMING THE
CITY'S CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY SINGLE
FAMILY MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy (the "City") has heretofore
approved and executed a cooperative agreement ("the Cooperative
Agreement") with the County of Santa Clara (the "County") pursuant
to which the County and the City have agreed to cooperate in the
implementation of the Santa Clara County Single-Family tlortgage
Revenue Bond Program (the "Program"); and
WHEREAS, it is presently expected that the County will
authorize, sell and issue a fourth issue of Mortgage Revenue Bonds
to provide additional financing for the program; and
w~EREAS, the City and the County wish to continue to co-
operate in the implementation of the program.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that the Cooperative Agreement shall remain in
full force and effect with respect to t10RTGAGE REVENUE BONDS which
may be issued by the County during calendar year 1985.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of Aprilt 1985, by the
