RESOLUTION NO. 85-32
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ORDERING
VACATION OF A 10 FOOT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED
WITHIN LOT 4 OF THE OBATA INDUSTRIAL PARK.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Gilroy did on
April 15, 1985, adopt Resolution No. 85-23 declaring its
intention to proceed under the Public Streets, Highways
and Service Easements Vacation Law to vacate a 10 foot public
utility easement located within Lot 4 of the Obata Industrial
Park, as shown upon the map attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, notices of the adoption of such resolution
were published and posted as required bv law; and
WHEREAS, no objection to the proposed vacation was filed
at or before the hearing by the Council on May 20, 1985, at
8:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers in the City Hall
at 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, the time and place
fixed for the hearing in said notices, and the hearing having
been duly held, and the Council having duly considered the
evidence presented as to the vacation described herein;
The Council does hereby find that the described 10 foot
public utility easement is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Gilroy that the described 10 foot public utility easement
be vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 1985, by the
following vote:

of the 10' P.D.E. thence S. 35006'LI-0" W. 1799.22.
