RESOLUTION NO. 85-46
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ESTABLISHING PRETREATHENT FEES FOR
INDUSTRIAL SEWER SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
CALIFORNIA, that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code
section 19.106(b), the City Council does hereby establish the
following rates for Sanitary Sewer Service to become effective
August 14, 1985:
1. Charges for permit applications:
a. For all industrial users discharging $ 0.00
only domestic wastewater with BOD and
SS less than 300 mg/l each and with
average daily flow less than 1,000
gals./day, and with no hazardous
material, as defined in the Hazardous
Materials Ordinance, handled or processed
on the premise
b. For all industrial users other than
Item 1 above
$500.00
2. Charges for monitoring, inspection and
surveillance:
c. Composite sampling, special analysis
(BOD, SS, 10 metals) and report
$lOO.+actual cost
for analysis($50)
$200.+actual cost
for analysis($lOO
$200+actual cost
for analysis($300
a. Grab sampling, basic analysis
(BOD, SS) and report
b. Composite sampling, special analysis
(BOD, SS, 2 metals) and report
