RESOLUTION NO. 85-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ADJUSTING SANITARY SEWER "OFF-SITE"
CONNECTION CHARGES FOR MOTELS AND HOTELS.
WHEREAS, a report of the Director of Public Works
demonstrates that current sanitary sewer connection charges
for motels and hotels are inappropriate as a residential use
under new sewer allocation agreements for commercial, industrial
and institutional property and should be amended as set forth
below:
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
after noticed public hearing that the rates set forth in
Resolution No. 80-58 and subsequent development fee resolutions
shall be amended to read as follows:
