RESOLUTION NO. 85-57
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ESTABLISHING AN INTERIM COST SHARING
SCHEDULE FOR THE PIPE DISTRIBUTION PROJECT AMONG
THE USERS OF THE AGRICULTURAL SEWER SYSTEM.

After a noticed public hearing this date, and based upon
evidence received at the hearing and the July 22, 1985 report
of the City Administrator on the Agricultural Sewer System,
and good cause appearing therefore,
The City Council finds that on an interim basis, the cost
of the pipe distribution project should be shared by the agri-
cultural industries according to their agreed temporary schedule
which was to be valid until a long-term cost sharing schedule
could be worked out among them,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy
City Code section 19.28, the City Council does hereby establish
the following 'interim schedule for sharing among the users of the
Agricultural Sewer System, the cost of the pipe distribution
system installed by the city for their benefit:
Gilroy Foods
Gentry
Gil Can
Garden Valley
FURTHER RESOLVED that
27.4%
17.7%
35.3%
Foods 19.6%
this interim charge schedule shall
BE IT
be reviewed by the Council in 60 days.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 1985, by the
following vote:
