RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 60
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING UTILITY
AGREEl1ENT NO. 110.23.1 TO ACCOMl10DATE THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA'S
RESURFACING PROJECT ON ROUTE 152.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Business and
Transportation Agency, Department of Transportation, has presented
Utility Agreement No. 110.23.1 covering the adjustment of sanitary
sewer manholes and water valve covers to grade to accommodate the
State's resurfacing project on Route 152 from east of Monterey
Street to Route 101 in the City of Gilroy.
vlliEREAS, the City Council has read said Agreement in full
and. is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Gilroy that said Agreement is hereby approved and the City Admin-
istrator and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1985, by the
following vote:
