RESOLUTION NO. 86-55
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
:PROHIBITING PARKING ON TENTH STREET BETWEEN
MONTEREY ROAD AND ROSANNA STREET IN THE CITY OF
GILROY.
WHEREAS, Tenth Street between Monterey Road and
Rosanna Street is of insufficient width to accommodate
striping and traffic signal loop detectors in a four-lane
configuration and parking on both sides of the street,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That all parking is prohibited on both sides of Tenth
Street between Monterey Road and Rosanna Street.
That the City Administrator shall install signs or
markings prohibiting such parking.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September 1986
