Resolution 1986-57 . . RESOLUTION NO. 86-57 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY RECOMMENDING MODIFICATION OF THE URBAN SERVICE AREA OF THE CITY OF GILROY WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA. WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning Commission and staff has recommended inclusion of a 49.6 acre parcel of land into the Urban Service Area of the City of Gilroy for development of the South Valley Intercommunity Hospital and a 25.48 acre parcel of land into the Urban Service Area for the expansion of Gilroy Foods, and WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the Council concurs with said recommendation, and good cause appearing therefor, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Gilroy approves and recommends for inclusion into the Urban Service Area of the City of Gilroy the 49.6 acre parcel described as Assessor's Parcels No. 835-05-01, 18, 19 and 22, north of Cohansey Avenue and east of U.S. 101 Highway, and the 25.48 acre parcel described as Assessor's Parcel No. 841-17-13 south of Pacheco Pass Highway and east of Miller Slough.
